The staff at Ambre & Epices Jungle Hotel & Spa were incredibly welcoming and attentive. Alain, the Manager, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and even added an extra bed for our child. The room was clean, well-designed, and had a comfortable bed. We appreciated the quiet and peaceful atmosphere of the property. The hotel itself was beautifully decorated and had a cozy ambiance. The food served was delicious, although the breakfast portion could have been more abundant. Despite some minor inconveniences like the challenging road conditions and limited hot water, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel. our experience was positive.
